Hubby and the Pistol Ultra

Well, I'm here at home, and hubby is on the road to run his first 100 mile race!  We sent him off this afternoon, after a sendoff lunch!

A few hours later, he texted me that he had arrived for packet pickup, the pre-race meeting, and pasta dinner.  He also sent me pictures of his shirt and bib.

The race starts at 8:00 am Saturday, and he's promised to give me regular updates.  I don't think I'll be able to sleep Saturday night at all.  I think I'll be posting lots of Facebook updates tomorrow to deal with all my anxiousness!
